We are pleased to let you know that the unexpected technical issues affecting the release of the Planning Advice functionality on Environment Online have now been resolved.
The new go-live date is scheduled for Monday 23 June 2025.
The new Planning Advice functionality will:
- streamline and create a consistent referral process across Western Australia
- provide you with the ability to submit and manage your planning advice referrals on Environment Online with an interactive dashboard
- allow you to submit general questions and enquiries related to planning advice through the platform’s enquiry form.
